At Sounds Good, we’ve built our business model on the concept of “Learn it. Do it. Teach it.”  “Do it” represents our volume-based business and involves both commercial and residential customers served by an integration team of certified installers who specialize in technology solutions and unmatched service.  The source of this business are retailers for whom Sounds Good provides “3rd party” installation and integration services.
 
Sounds Good has a long standing and extensive relationship with Circuit City and their home installation brand “firedogSM."  We currently cover 21 Circuit City stores with 14 dedicated installation vans.  We average 450 Circuit City / firedog installations per month and 650 during peak periods.  Sounds Good provides Circuit City with repeatable, scalable integration, installation, and solutions that result in increased sales and an ever deepening customer loyalty. 
 
Sounds Good also provides the customer with the entire solution.  Our installation vehicles are fully stocked with an extensive assortment of accessories.  We fully support all products sold in the store from remote controls to home automation.

 
According to customer satisfaction surveys, Sounds Good is one of the highest ranked “3rd party” installation service companies working for Circuit City and is a preferred installation company for Circuit City throughout New England.  Sounds Good is currently reviewing plans to further expand our Circuit City installation coverage down the East Coast for 2008.
